Although the having to pay a subscription for the Ai translation and the batch translation is going too far considering I can get that for free on any manga translating website. I got one chapter translated with the premium version but now I can't even access the browser without the all basically breaking. **Developer response:** Hi, sorry you experienced this issue. This was not the experience we want you to have. The issue has been fixed in version 4.4. In previous versions, performance issues could cause slow translation and problems in the browser. In version 4.4, translation is faster and more stable, and the browser experience has been improved. Please update the app to the latest version. The developer is super responsive and quick to fix issues. There are still some minor inconsistencies between iOS and macOS, but overall the app shows strong potential and is improving fast. Looking forward to future updates! ### 2/5 — It's ok *2026-04-09* It's confusing to use and it doesn't have the Nordic languages i was looking for so I guess I will translate it myself (nowergian, icelandic, swedish, Finnish, danish, etc) **Developer response:** Version 4.1.3 adds support for Icelandic, which was the only language from your list that was not previously supported. Norwegian, Swedish, Finnish, and Danish were already available in the paid AI Translation version. Thank you for your feedback. I’m glad you find the app helpful and easy to use. ### 2/5 — Inconceivably Greedy Developer *2026-03-23, version 3.64* I could barely try the app before being blocked by some paywall. They constantly use dark patterns just to annoy the user into buying an overly expensive yearly subscription (70 euro or so). This is not Spotify. The service itself might even be good (I could barely try it, given how many paywalls they put). But not at this value. Give a one time purchase option that is not eye wateringly expensive. Don't literally brick your own application due to how many things don't work because they are behind premium.
