They also give general details to look out for, which are fundamental to help give basic structure to your drawings I took a quick look at the videos and books, and to be honest they’re merely entertainment and advertising, respectively Additionally, the “draw” section is quite unnecessary since you can literally practice with pencil and paper... (TL;DR) Overall though, I think the app is good for helping give detail and further structure to your drawings; it’s not really supposed to give you a complete course, rather it’s just there to help a bit. I actually bought the book “How to Draw Manga: Basics and Beyond!” recently and from what I can tell, the book is TONS more helpful and I’m looking forward to using it! ### 3/5 — Good *2019-04-07, version 2.1.3* Though the tutorials weren't very helpful, the videos were. ### 3/5 — Ok I’m gonna state some pros and cons *2018-05-05, version 2.1.3* It does give a tutorial on some things better than others, but it doesn’t do a very good job describing how to get to each step on some of the parts. It’s very clever that there’s a drawing pad in the app, just maybe unlock some abilities a bit more, it shouldn’t just be the way it is. Lastly the app gives the picture examples so much detail in the how to guide, but we actually don't get any of those materials we need for the actual drawing in the sketchpad. Oh and I also forgot, just like the colors it only gives us TWO and only two drawing options... writing and erasing!
