MangaHello can let you download and read 15,000+(More languages will be offered next month) mangas on your telephone handset or tablet.
It support the mangas from GoodManga, MangaReader, MangaKiss....

This app has nothing I search for, except Kindergarten Wars.  CrunchyRoll Manga and Manga Plus do have things I search for.  Manga Pixie in the Microsoft App Store has everything.
