Instead, I have to manually copy the link, switch to MangoApps and then paste it into a new update or post. That's not very user friendly, especially since this one of the top use cases. Usually works great though ### 3/5 — Ok, but merely "ok" *2015-05-03* My company is a heavy user of MangoApps, and it's a fantastic platform. Unfortunately, the web experience is FAR better than the app experience. That's a shame because there's so much potential to use the mobile phone for MA in much more imaginative ways. The mobile app is mainly good for viewing updates - ie "read only". Creating posts and executing admin tasks are a pain. I often find myself closing the app in frustration and waiting till I'm at my desktop to complete tasks. ### 1/5 — CRASH, CRASH, CRASH *2014-08-21* App won't even open now! The "update" a couple of days prior to this "update" was virtually USELESS. When I tried to read a colleagues post I had a 1-5 millimeter space to scroll the several paragraph long post! I've tested them all, and Mangoapps is the most stable, sophisticated and usable ECM I've seen so far. In general this is great piece of software. Two points down for this app as the chat access is broken and lack of wiki-module for iOS, sorry. But still: good job! ### 4/5 — Works great for small businesses! *2014-05-27* Former user of yammer, chatter, salesforce, etc. This app has been a blessing for our small business ever since yammer took away their desktop app and their notification system fails. This app has stepped up their interface and their options on pcs and macs are great. I would like to see where i stand without having to log onto the website ### 1/5 — Pretty good overall but improvements would be welcome *2021-03-10* Update: 09-Mar-2021 After this most recent update, the app routinely locks up whole interacting with the news feed. I have to completely close out of the app and go back in. I usually have to clear all cache as well before it will quit locking up. I've even tried uninstalling and reinstalling and still get lockups. Please revert back.. A dark theme for iOS would be great! At times, updates (made by users) within the app are cut off at the bottom by the bottom of the screen preventing one from interacting (like, super like, joy, etc; or even replying) with the update. Being able to snooze updates for certain updates would be wonderful - that way you don't see a million new notifications for updates you don't care about. An option to "check in" somewhere would be awesome! Being able to use gifs other than from Tenor would also be GREAT! As well, removing the requirement for a single character of text when commenting/replying with a gif would be GREAT! These are all very minor things, but would go a LONG way in making the UX that much better! The newest update will make the app crash upon opening. Please rectify this problem immediately as I (and many others) rely on this for work communications and updates. ### 1/5 — Crashing all the time *2015-11-04, version 11.0.0* Current version installed yesterday hasn't worked since. Yes! *2015-05-23* The most important update of this update is that it actually works. Meanwhile the communications platform for the company was essentially stalled for a few weeks. You may need to better communicate with your customers. Also, may need to take better care of your employees. The reviews on glassdoor are... It was love at the first instance for me. Simply put, it frees me from my desk and the meeting room, conference room and the telepresence room. Now, I can spend all my time in the cafeteria and still be doubly productive. I track my team and their work, delegate tasks and monitor their progress by milestones, communicate with everybody, stay on top of what my whole organization is up to, will never wonder what my boss is scheming, boost the productivity without micromanaging my underlings. In short this app and mangoapps has now morphed into my office. And all this in short for brevity. I am once again in love with software. ### 5/5 — This is much more than an app! *2013-07-09* I have never ever written a review for any product so that should tell you something. I've been running a mango apps demo for my company for the past 60 or so days and am getting ready to go from trial to full version. Lots of great features. Connects our people and were just beginning to scratch the surface.
