After updating to iOS 6, it crashes. It was working on older iOS software. Other than that, it's a great app to look up and book a ticket! ### 5/5 — Great app *2012-07-08, version 1.0* Great app..easy to use ### 5/5 — Winning! *2011-04-27, version 1.0* Awesome app! Easy to use. Allowed me to book a trip for my family to the Philippines. I received a sweet deal on the tickets. My mother-in-laws hinting for me to get her a ticket. Fat chance! ### 5/5 — right at your fingertips *2011-01-10, version 1.0* i use this often to check on their specials. i tried using it last night to make a last minute reservation, but it wouldnt let me. it prompted me to a screen saying "datetime need to be made 7 days in advance" im pretty sure theres a valid reason why it wouldnt let me. but that didnt stop me, all i had to do is call their 24/7 customer service line, and someone there was able to book my tickets. i will be using this app in the future to track my flight. stay tuned.. ### 5/5 — So easy. So convenient. *2011-01-01, version 1.0* Finally, found an app that's so easy to use especially when I'm traveling... ### 5/5 — User Friendly!! *2011-01-01, version 1.0* This site certainly made scheduling travel plans (ESP during the holidays) so simple and without stress. ### 5/5 — World Traveler *2010-11-26, version 0* Awesome app! I'm so using this next time I'm traveling to the PI! ### 5/5 — Awesome app! *2010-11-24, version 0* Finally, an app on my iPhone where I can book my trips to Manila! Thanks for everything Mango Tours!!! ### 5/5 — Very user friendly!! *2010-11-24, version 0* I use it to track flight status on all my flights. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — What app? *2016-02-05, version 1.1* It doesn't work!!! I downloaded, deleted and installed it 3x. ¡No bueno! ### 1/5 — FALSE ADVERTISEMENT *2014-01-12, version 1.1* Price from your app and 800# are not the same.. Bottom line is I PAID $300 on top of what their app price are being advertise ...isn't that false advertise...hmmmm ### 1/5 — Useless App! Don't bother with it... *2013-11-14, version 1.1* This is a frustrating app to use; it's not user-friendly at all. For example, when selecting dates, the user does not have the option of choosing a date from a calendar; when a user goes to the Home page, the app does not remember the last entries, so you need to re-enter the airport and date details again. And, the most annoying piece is during booking; when the user is trying to finalize the booking, there is always an error message - either the flight selected is no longer available (which I can understand) or the credit card used is not valid -- I tried two valid credit cards but I kept getting the "invalid credit card" box. Apparently, even if you get the invalid credit card error message, you can still reserve or book your flight; I know this because I received a call from a Mango Tours agent asking to confirm my booking that I made using their app. Needless to say, I booked my ticket somewhere else. As far as I'm concerned, the Mango Tours app is useless and does not deserve any star since it's not functional. ### 1/5 — Not so cheap fare rates. *2010-12-28, version 1.0* You can find other cheap rates online, like expedia :-( ### 2/5 — Good App, not so good fares *2012-03-13, version 1.0* Great for booking, easy to use, but prices & rates are still expensive. ### 2/5 — Fact: More expensive than others! *2011-02-26, version 1.0* Still expensive! there's more better fare rates than Mango tours. ### 3/5 — Updates *2024-12-22, version 1.8.9* Your apps needs update last updated was 5 years ago what the world is that? ### 3/5 — App is easy to use but the company is BOGUS *2012-03-06, version 1.0* I like the app and is very simple to use. I just wish you can really book the flight as displayed. The app let you book the flight and even ask for the credit card payment. You then get the confirmation email. After several hours you get another email telling you the reservation was cancelled and giving you an alternative with a much higher fare. YOU GOT ME TWICE!!! NEVER AGAIN I WILL DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY!!! ### 3/5 — Reviewing review *2010-12-28, version 1.0* I think the most honest review here is from sampaloc travel ,,, BUT to give low score/rating is not fair , I've used mango tours before and it's ok. ### 4/5 — Review *2011-12-11, version 1.0* Awesome app!! ## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated) ### 5/5 — Book at mangotours.com *2019-09-27, version 1.8.9* or call 1-866-2-MANILA ### 5/5 — ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ *2018-12-06, version 12.01* Booking flights made faster and easier with this app!
