We really really need the option to filter for unread messages, unread voicemails, we need the option to add a customer list or sync it into Airtable or Shopify, and we really need our message count to be in sync across devices right now it’s not *NSYNC

It’s a fine app. However, the app will often send you notifications for things. You don’t really care about. Like new app updates, ongoing issues, or just other things that the developer wants to tell you. I’m sure some people appreciate that, but often I get really annoyed because I think I have received a text, but it’s just something about the app. I find these really annoying and wish there was an option to turn them off without turning off all notifications to the entire app.

We actually send push notifications quite rarely (only a couple in the past two months), but we understand that even infrequent notifications can be frustrating if they're not relevant to you. We're always looking to improve.
A couple of things that might help:
Notification Preferences – You can now control exactly which notifications you receive in the Mango settings. If you haven't updated the app recently, grab the latest version to access this feature.
Different tones – SMS and voicemail notifications use distinct sounds from our standard notifications, so you can tell them apart.

Great functionality and app overall though I’m currently stuck with a page I cannot remove asking to update the app despite there being no available updates on the AppStore?

We sincerely apologize for the experience you had yesterday. The issue was caused by a widespread outage at our network provider, which was resolved within a couple of hours. We understand how frustrating this must have been, especially when the app displayed an update prompt that couldn’t be cleared.
