I’ve told customer support about this issue several times and it’s still an issue. If you’re startup business and rely on the app to tell you about incoming calls avoid Mango. Mango, you need to fix how incoming calls trigger the app to ring. I am not the only person with this issue. Read through older reviews. I’ve also talked to colleagues who use mango and have the same issue

Logging in rarely works. I use a password injector so there’s zero chance of typos. Same password injector works on mango voice website but on the app it works once out of the week. Once logged in, it’s a total gamble whether or not it works for that day - it’ll be in a constant error state with no way to log out or do anything. I’ve uninstalled, reboot, reinstalled to clear cache and same issues still. Absolutely unreliable and it’s an easy 0/1 star due to this. It deserves its low rating in the App Store.

I have reset my password multiple times in one day from the application installed on my iPhone. I can’t navigate because the screen cuts off and the process of adding my phone has been treacherous

Works great as a companion for the phone system. Unless you pay more for the texting service. I receive a notification for every text we receive AND send. For the whole practice. There is NO SETTING TO TURN OFF NOTIFICATIONS for SENT messages. My phone blows up all day, so I had to turn off notifications for the whole app, meaning I can’t get calls away from my desk anymore. Infuriating lack of foresight.

You will be randomly logged out at which point you won’t be able to put your password back in to log in again. Just resetting your password also doesn’t work, you still cannot log in. The only thing that works is resetting your password then fully deleting and reinstalling the app. This has happened to me twice, please fix your app

Incoming calls
• When a call is answered on another device or the caller hangs up, the
  incoming call screen now clears immediately instead of continuing to ring.
• Fixed a rare issue where an incoming call could be dropped while the app
  was re-establishing its connection, showing up as a missed call.
• Fixed cases where a call could linger on screen after it had already ended.
• The app now releases its connection more reliably after a call ends in the
  background, so later calls are less likely to be missed.

Sign in and settings
• Added a show/hide toggle to the password field. Passwords with accidental
  leading or trailing spaces now sign in correctly.
• Your selected extension now appears immediately when you open Settings.
• The "Allow incoming calls" switch shows a spinner while your change saves.
• Notification permission is now requested on the permissions screen, where
  it's explained, rather than at first launch.
