The app is solid and the software is the best booking software I’ve used and I’ve been using online booking for almost 20 years now. I highly recommend Mangomint ### 3/5 — Great app but expensive *2026-02-27, version 1.27.15* This great app the only down fall is it VERY Very expensive and they charge for everything you want to add on!! It’s straightforward and easy to use. You can reach out via chat support in the app, or on the web version. ### 1/5 — This company refuses to meet Americans With Disabilities Act requirements *2025-10-06* The company that I personally work with as in your Massage Therapist and I have been using this software for the last 2 1/2 years. The accessibility bugs that have been represented have yet to ever be resolved. I am a completely blind Massage Therapist and I use a screen reader called voiceover, which is on all Apple products. We have spoken with the company, they claim that they would have software development and build a team to fix these requirements. They do not. Now that Apple has updated to iOS 26, this app does not function like it did just three weeks ago. It has became worse. This company is terrible and does not care about anybody out there with their own pockets. Go find a better software. Their customer service has been horrible over the last 2 1/2 years. Not just for me as a Blind Massage Therapist, but also for our company we have had a lot of other issues that I’ve had. Come up and need to be dealt with, but they just considered a suggestion and do not take it seriously. When I first told them about the Americans With Disabilities Act in the requirements for websites and apps. They literally said will consider your suggestion. If that’s not discrimination, I don’t know what you call it. But this is a horrible company and they need to get their act together. **Developer response:** We’re truly sorry for the frustration this has caused. It does everything including correctly gathering payroll data, taking appts online and in person with just a few clicks, and so much more.
