I paid for membership have access to quality Chinese shows and I was able to watch in 4k before but everything has been limited to only 1080p hopefully this problem will be resolved soon

After paying my amount through Apple here in Australia, I found out that I could not watch it on my TV. I had to pay again to watch it through my TV I was not aware of this situation in the first place. It never stated that. Or I didn’t notice it still not happy.

I’ve seen people’s reviews but those were from a while ago although I think the app needs some work I don’t think it’s horrible I would say make the regular vip cheaper the it is and it would be more worth it and fixed the delay with subtitles and the app isn’t bad a lot of other ones worse and I quite like this

I pay for the most premium SVIP and yet I can’t even cast or login to other devices what am I paying for.  Then the subtitles go out and lack grammar or lag. I don’t pay premium for these type of experiences. Only benefit is you get an episode or two early but now I think I’d rather just wait the 24 hours

it keeps replaying the beginning and if you try to click fast forward it will just move you to the next episode and the button  skip intro and outro for me doesn’t work.

So I got this thought I was getting a good deal 30 bucks instead of 50 something turns out I was wrong. They have two versions of this. You can get one for your TV or you can get one for your phone/iPad/computer but it’s not all in one so of course I got the wrong one so it’s a scam. I’ve never seen a streaming app like this it’s not worth it.

This company makes it IMPOSSIBLE to cancel the auto renewal through its app or website. I had the misfortune of signing up through their website and there is absolutely no way to cancel. I emailed the company to cancel - no answer. The website says you can easily cancel but that is a lie. I’ve been tricked - don’t let this happen to you as well!

之前都没有这更问题 但最近一次app store更新以后就发现app不再适应i Pad的宽屏了 需要选集跟更改清新度选项看到看不到 画面会莫名其妙太大 亮度跟音量调节显示都不在屏幕正中 而是在屏幕右上 拜托把屏幕比例适配这个问题修改一下 花那多钱买SVIP 结果pad上观赏效果那么差 纯粹就是逼人要去多花钱买电视端订阅

Paid for 1 year and 1 month subscriptions either one doesn’t work and asked me again to subscribe for a different status to watch the show. What’s the point of subscribing if It doesn’t work. What of waste of money. VERY DISAPPOINTING. I went ahead and canceled all the subscriptions.

Compared to other streaming platforms, MangoTV is unreliable in terms of accessibility/playback of videos and subtitles (availability and quality). The app functionality is such a deterrent to commence watching a Cdrama on this platform.

Press one wrong button and your airplay-connected TV jumps from volume 12 (normal volume) to 75 (wake up your whole neighborhood). Can activate subtitles if you watch on phone, and not while you airplay on TV. Cannot use your remote control when airplay is on. Very annoying the whole app.

I payed 10.99 for 3 months, and I can’t watch “ Live Long And Prosper”. I payed for another month, still don’t have access. I try reaching out to someone from MangoTv, I sent messages through Facebook. They said they are busy and will get back to me soon. It’s been 4 days. I’m so mad! Don’t waste your money and time on this one

I subscribed to Mango TV Premium solely to watch Ride the Wind 2026, but what I witnessed was incredibly disappointing. The talented and hardworking contestants have been repeatedly treated unfairly and blatantly suppressed by the production team. The show has completely lost its credibility, with no fairness or transparency whatsoever.

As a paying subscriber, I feel deeply let down. I will be cancelling my subscription and will never watch another Mango TV program again.
