No way to search or look at post sale management without it redirecting you to the website, old app was way more used friendly with lots of options , new app not even close to half the functions terrible design, hope they keep the old app around .

The legacy app is so much better, the new app doesn’t work and just makes you log into a browser for 1/2 the things you need anyways. The pictures are all grainy in the new app. Cox got scammed so hard by whoever made this app

Huge downgrade from legacy. This app is really only good for viewing listing. Can’t even view my finances or anything else without logging in again and taking me off the app to the browser.

The new app has slowed down my dealership workflow tremendously. There is no easy way for me to screenshot and share vin numbers or info with my partners.

I swear they do this to annoy us. They hear us one 1 problem fix that problem, then cause another one. The latest issue is you cannot grab a screenshot now. THAT DEFEATS THE PURPOSE OF THE APP!!! Now you have to get on a computer to grab a screenshot from there if you want to easily send information. Big swing and a miss

For some reason, they took away the ability to snapshot from the app. Now, when I have information, I want to send to someone else in the dealership, I have to take a picture from another device. Why slow down the process. So childish and NOT user friendly.

I’ve had nothing but problems from this app. The Old classic app was better. Never had any issues with this one locked you out sometimes like they want you to be late on payment so they can charge you.
