Very bad on mobile, maybe it’s better on a laptop but it’s 2026 so needs to be great and easy experience on mobile. Clothes are great is the good news. Quick responses from customer service but not always helpful. Lots of potential with this brand but I’ll look elsewhere for now until the experience is better ### 3/5 — App not working? *2025-11-25* Hi so I love your guys clothing! But it seems the app doesn’t work for me. Once I installed it, it was working fine once I exited out and tried to load the app again it jst keeps loading and doesn’t fully load. So nothing shows.
