The daily exercises are literally just them throwing Pinterest quotes about confidence at you. There are no helpful insights to the situation you’re in. For instance, I’m in the “make him obsessed” course because I wanted tips on how to land my coworker I have a crush on but they don’t talk about that. Just quotes about how awesome I am and how men want me. There is a section with articles but they’re not personal to the course you’re in. I was looking for actual tips on how to get someone who barely knows I exist interested in me. It’s not worth the price. By the end of the free trial I found no way to unsubscribe.
