This will be the last review you will read about a fitness app as there is no going back to tried and failed apps after you have tried this one. I’m not one to usually leave reviews but felt the need to with this app to help other new users out. Having played semi professional football for the last 15 years and stopping due to family commitments.. and age! After significant weight increase it was time for change and having used other apps like MyFitnessPal (which is good might I add) I was recommend this app by a friend and it just offers that bit more than said app above. The ability to track food/calories, workouts has aided my recent weight loss success so much so I signed up to the pro version of the app which offers the next level. There is online chat with other members, you really feel part of a team, something I missed since not playing anymore or being in the gym. There is an online personal trainer who can assist with goals and personalise workouts for you. The personalised workouts are animated to show you how to do the exercise which is great if you are “new” to working out. You can share your workouts on your social media platforms to show your friends the progress you are making - who doesn’t like sharing weight loss success,right!? This app really has brought back my enthusiasm for fitness and wellbeing but don’t take my word for it, give it a try yourself!
