## What is Manifest International Schools?

MIS is the school management app for Manifest International Schools. It brings the whole ACE learning centre into one place, from the morning register to the report card a parent reads at the weekend.

FOR SUPERVISORS AND TEACHERS
• Learning Board: see who is present, who is ready for a PACE Test, who needs a checkup and which flags are raised in your offices
• Issue the next PACE, record PACE Test scores and follow every learner through Checkup, Self Test and PACE Test
• Weekly Goal Cards, Goal Checks, Termly goals and the Supervisor's Progress Card, kept digitally on each learner's file
• Mark learner attendance in one tap per office, and clock yourself in and out
• Mark sheets that fill themselves from recorded scores and save as you type

REPORT CARDS
• Five clear steps: PACE Tests, mark sheets, post marks, principal approval, send to parents
• Cards drawn on the school's own templates for every level
• Parents receive a private link, and every send is logged

FOR PARENTS
• Weekly progress for each child: goals met, subjects, PACE Test results
• Book a 15-minute conference with your child's Supervisor
• Receive school notices and reminders by SMS

FOR THE SCHOOL OFFICE
• Enrol learners one at a time or import a whole class list
• Health records, guardians, document checks and the leaver register
• PACE cupboard: stock, orders, deliveries and a full movements ledger
• Fees, receipts, billing by level and who owes
• Full accounting with maker-checker approval, ledger, financial statements, bank reconciliation and month-end close

LEARNING TOOLS
• Ask & learn: explanations, study notes and quizzes cited from the ACE curriculum
• Library of books, lesson notes and ACE guidance
• Practice papers and an interactive Science Museum
• NCDC library, exam builder and revision tutor for the Uganda national curriculum

BUILT-IN TRAINER
OM TA explains what any button does, answers questions from the user manual, and can walk you through any page step by step.

SECURE BY DESIGN
• Every account is created by the school administrator
• Each role sees only the modules it needs
• Every action is recorded in an audit trail

An account from your school is required to sign in.
