Then it just stopped and the customer service took a dive when asked about it. At first they said they were working on it. Then they said I could listen on the website. Yes it’s true you can still listen on the website but you lose a lot of functions that the app allows. After continuous emails inquiring about when the app will get fixed, the customer service email tram stopped responding to emails. The crazy thing is that the audio is actually amazing and I do not understand why they don’t just get someone else to manage the app. But for anyone interested in downloading it just beware. It just doesn’t work and hasn’t for 2 years now. ### 1/5 — It doesn’t work anymore *2022-12-13, version 3.04* I use to use every day now it won’t load.
