I wanted them on my phone. The app wants me to purchase everything again. I emailed “them” over a dozen times. The first two emails were answered. I was sent the same link to use which just allowed me to get to the tracks to download on my computer. If you purchase this app you will not be able to use the app except for the free 4 tracks. This is a case of false advertising. ### 1/5 — Too many steps *2020-05-26, version 3.01* It’s not just an app you can open to select what you want to hear. You buy, are emailed 2 emails with instructions (7-10 steps) on how to access the program. It’s so over complicated and not worth it. I’ve been emailing for weeks asking for my “60 day money back guarantee” and they just respond with links to new programs that are equally as complicated to access. Really really annoying. Don’t buy. ### 1/5 — Feel ripped off. *2020-04-14, version 3.01* Purchase the programs and downloaded the app. Got email with codes to unlock the content. Some worked for a short time some never worked. Updated the app and then none of the worked. Really feels like I was ripped off. I would not recommend this to anyone. I was looking forward to the programs. The only Manifesting it is doing is putting money in there pocket and manifesting disappointment for the customers. ### 1/5 — This is a scam *2020-03-29, version 3.01* I purchased the audio on March 17th. Everything was great. I was able to listen to the first audio, but the next night I went to listen and the app is asking me to purchase again and the restore option does not work it also was attempting to have me purchase it again. I emailed tech support and followed the steps suggested to access the audio but to no avail it still is asking me to pay. I am very disappointed and concerned that I feel I have been scammed. I really enjoyed listening to the different audios. I thought the app work very easily. But then came the update. Over been emailing back and forth for months, nearing a year now. They have not resolved any of the issues I'm having with the app. I still cannot access anything other than the free content which is disheartening since I paid a fair amount to access the rest. It’s very frustrating to purchase a product and not getting what you paid for, and then receiving daily newsletters from Alex about how rich and successful he is. Yes- he got rich by scamming people! They locked the App and took the web site products away and there is no support or answer on restoring what I supposedly paid for. Lifetime Access? I continue to be locked out of my purchases and cannot listen to what my money paid for. I have been back and forth emailing the support team for them to “unlock” what I purchased to then find they are locked again a month later.. Alexander the content provider promotes love in his advertising and marketing materials this app has no love in it at all . We purchased many products from Alexander and can’t use them via IOS as we are asked to RESTORE purchase in app even though it’s a first purchase, the button doesn’t allow any data to input and the only choice is to repurchase . The some control buttons are in places that make them hard to use on my iPhone XS. I haven’t figured out how to enable my membership in this app so I can use the tracks I bought. Then it just stopped and the customer service took a dive when asked about it. At first they said they were working on it. Then they said I could listen on the website. Yes it’s true you can still listen on the website but you lose a lot of functions that the app allows. After continuous emails inquiring about when the app will get fixed, the customer service email tram stopped responding to emails. The crazy thing is that the audio is actually amazing and I do not understand why they don’t just get someone else to manage the app. But for anyone interested in downloading it just beware.
