It stays indefinitely in the loading state. I reached out to support 4 days ago but haven't heard back. So really jonsing for my favorite meditations I decided to un install my app( and thus I assume loose my purchases) and re-install it, only to find the app is still stuck in loading, like it can't connect to anything. Really hate to leave this bad review. Open the app beforehand. I had no issues. ### 4/5 — Very helpful customer service *2021-03-08, version 1.2* I was scared at first after reading the reviews about getting help with the app. But the customer was extremely helpful they responded within 24hrs and give me clear instructions on how to unlock my materials I paid for. Dailey was a sweet heart. I do agree the setup process in not setup well. But once you get help it’s a breeze and I’m so grateful to have this material!! ### 4/5 — No way to enter app code? *2020-07-29, version 1.1* Need to register to get the app free. I did that using a link in the email that came from Clickbank when I purchased the program. It took a while for support to get back to me but when they did it was a complete set of instructions. The app is now working great.
