This is a complete scam. Horrible company. I never should have bought anything from them. 🙄 **Developer response:** We understand how upsetting unexpected charges can be. I was then charged £23 after a “free month,” and I couldn’t even cancel it myself because I never created an online account. I contacted the company, but they refused to refund the payment. Very disappointing and misleading experience. **Developer response:** We’re sorry for the frustration. All personalized book plans are subscription-based and trials auto-renew into a monthly plan unless canceled in advance. It’s a shame it’s so expensive cause I don’t think it’s worth over £25 a month.
