They were the. unable to reschedule pick-up any earlier than a week later. The reason given was that the truck had broken down. We had to pay $75 to have the old fridge moved to make room for the new fridge, and it’s now in an inconvenient location, in our way, for a week. Efficiency Manitoba subcontracts these fridge pick-ups to a private company, PurSphera. In order to meet its obligations to Manitoba Hydro and Hydro customers, PurSphera needs to have a Plan B when a truck breaks down. After our $30 fridge rebate, we are still out $45. ### 1/5 — Lack of Info During Outages *2026-07-19, version 1.18* While i realize power outages happen, it is interesting that MB hydro thinks we can get further info from their website during the outages when we have no power and no access to our wi-fi/ internet to get that information. It would be very helpful if MB hydro would advise what the issue was that caused the power outage after we get out power back. Workers extending digging in timing to maybe a municipality worker next door to me that is possibly about me. As they dug in front of my house at poles and all the way to a client I had when I had a cleaning business. It’s actually embarrassing to have to pay a company money for a complete illegal knowledge without legal ways or for a just reason. It’s scary what Canada says is ok now. Cannot select time, won’t let me select time Second do you really need that intense of a security feature just to look at my own bill? I have to log in multiple times just to get into the main screen. Just get rid of the inactivity timeout. It’s annoying it forces us to log in twice. Try it yourself. Third, messages and mail should have a function to select all and delete or show read.
