Learned a lot from it, there are a lot of things that I didn't know about men's health. Manlee is also about the vitamins for men. Better logging. If I missed logging for a day I should be able to go back and mark taken. I use to buy my supplements individually and this is easier. The DV is a bit different and little less, but it’s still noticeable after a month. I enjoy the app as well and the stretching and kegel workouts. Not bad and has become a daily staple for me in the morning before work. EDIT: 3 month update The exercises are great and articles mentioned are nice and provide good info. But they are cycled often to the point of I’ve read each one. They need a more consistent update. The biggest thing though, the vitamin blend needs updating. For a pack focused on men’s health and improvements, they really only provide small amounts. For example, it could use more Vitamin D (at least 1000 IU). and the testosterone/men’s health blend like maca, saw palmetto, etc are relatively low compared to the other app they also use called “meOrigin” which has double those amounts in their pack. I would also like if the nutritional label listed each pill separately instead of including all four in the DV label. I could go into more details, but I believe the app overall needs more exercises, a 2.0 vitamin blend (with slightly higher doses), to truly be effective.
