It gives me a very interesting notification and when I click it I see the logo for light years. Whenever I try to log in again, it shows an “Internal Server Error.” This issue has been going on for a long time now, and it’s extremely frustrating. Having to use a laptop to read a premium article defeats the purpose of a mobile app. What’s the use of taking premium if it doesn’t work properly on iOS? I tried restoring purchases, logging in and out. To make things worse, there’s no proper customer support channel. The app supposedly lists a phone number, but it doesn’t connect or seems unofficial. There’s no quick way to get help, which is unacceptable for a paid service.I expect better backend support, especially when the app fails after an update.
