How does Manorama Sambadyam iPad Subscription feature work? 

- Manorama Sambadyam iPad App is free to download.
- If you have an existing digital subscription, you can enter the subscription  details to get free access on the iPad.
- If you choose to subscribe, select the monthly, half yearly or the yearly option.
- The paid subscription for the magazine would cost 0.99 for 2 months, $1.99 for 6 months and $3.99 for 12 months.
- Payment will be charged to iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase
- Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period
- Account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period, and identify the cost of the renewal
- Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user's Account Settings after purchase.
- If cancellation is not done by the user, depending on your subscription settings and your credit card would be charged through your iTunes account .
- You can turn off auto renewal any time from your iTunes account settings.(it should be turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period)

I downloaded Sambadyam and signed in using my existing digital subscription ID, but I could not read the latest magazine magazine. I have already purchased it and I can read it in the browser.  I clicked on support link and filled details of the complaint and for my surprise it says time out message each time I fill the details. Please do proper testing before release.
