## What is ManorOS?

Manor OS helps you understand where your home is wasting energy, without spreadsheets.

WHAT YOU CAN DO
- Guided audit flow from rooms to equipment to bills
- Get an efficiency grade, a 1 to 100 benchmark against similar homes, and an accuracy score for every estimate
- See where your energy goes, with breakdowns and top consumers
- Import utility usage (Green Button) and smart thermostat history to check the estimates against real data
- Spot HVAC problems in thermostat data: short cycling, long runtimes on mild days, backup heat overuse
- Check each bill for unusual rates, long billing periods, usage jumps and estimated meter reads
- Compare your utility's rate plans on your own usage (add a free OpenEI key in Settings)
- Find no-cost fixes, prioritized upgrades with savings and payback, rebates, and programs that pay you to shift energy use
- Export a shareable PDF report

DESIGNED FOR PRIVACY
- No account. Your audit data stays on your device
- Works offline (the optional rate plan lookup needs a connection)
- Optional notifications
