## What is Manresa?

Manresa is a private journal. No account or sign-in exists. All entries are local plain-text Markdown files in the user's own iCloud Documents container (Apple infrastructure; nothing is transmitted to the developer). The examen is a five-step guided writing flow; prompt wording is original. Liturgical dates are computed/factual. App Lock uses LocalAuthentication with the system passcode/Face ID sheet.
