## What is Mantis PM?

Mantis PM puts your property management office in your pocket. Complete inspections, manage tenancies and handle maintenance on site, and everything syncs straight back to your Mantis PM account.

Supporting both residential and commercial properties

CONDITION REPORTS
- Start condition reports on the spot and work through every room and item
- Add comments and photos as you go
- State-specific compliance questions for every Australian state and territory
- Capture tenant and agent signatures on screen
- Complete the report, create the PDF and send it to the tenant from the app

CURRENT TENANCIES
- See every current tenancy with landlord and tenant details
- Call or text landlords and tenants with one tap
- View inspections and manage the areas of each property

MAINTENANCE
- Log new maintenance requests with photos
- Track requests by status and update them as the work progresses
- Add notes and photos to keep a complete history
- Get notified as soon as a new request comes in

OPEN HOMES
- Check in open home attendees in seconds
- Attendees go straight into your contacts, without creating duplicates

EVERYTHING ELSE
- Properties, listings, contacts and tasks in one place
- Caller ID shows which of your contacts is calling before you answer
- Dictate notes instead of typing them
- Keep working with no signal - changes sync when you are back online
- Sign in quickly with Face ID
- Switch between accounts if you work for more than one agency

Mantis PM requires an active Mantis Property account. Ask your agency's administrator for access.
