I got an iPhone It’s worse. I’m told to send it in so they can test on their phone and then tell the app coder to fix it. Nothing definitive ...nothing but guessing. I think the whole android thing was a guess too. “Get an iPhone”. I would give zero stars if I could. ### 1/5 — Come on Yellow Jacket *2018-03-18* Very difficult to use. I have to manually pair it to my device every time I use. If the screen on my device goes into hibernate the app crashes EVERY TIME. This means I lose the original information and have to start all over again. I even have to reconnect the device. This is a waste of my time and money. Nice feature. ### 2/5 — I must have a lot of extra time I don't know about. *2015-10-27* Takes to long to set up and connect. Then if you loose connection have to start over. Bought yellow jacket first did not like to many problems. Then I got the smart service tool from sporlan,like night and day difference connects every time right away and if you get out of range connects right back.also there all wireless,temp clamps and all. They cost two times what the yellow jackets cost,but well worth it. ### 2/5 — Man tooth *2015-04-04* On the iPhone app, it will not let me zero the pressure out . The only way that I can get a zero psi, is to change the elevation ### 3/5 — Useful but slow to use *2017-06-28* Having to manually connect the device to my phones Bluetooth each time I use them is very annoying. It's a slow process that should not have been in the design in the first place. All of my other Bluetooth service tools connect automatically when they are powered on. If you walk out of range then you must go thru the connection process all over again. My other complaint is that the PT charts are not kept up to date with new refrigerants. Especially the R-22 replacements! Have not been able to connect the ManTooth to any of our phones since the last iOS update ### 3/5 — Need an ipad app *2016-05-25* Need ipad app too not just the iPhone version needs an easier to use interface ! ### 3/5 — Just ok *2015-05-22* I been using this app daily for about two weeks on service calls with my mantooth 67002, although it has never froze on me but I wish starting a session was quicker. I also wish that I didn't have to press so many buttons to hit the power down option. I would like to see in future updates suggestions on what a problem a/c could be based on the system pressure and temp. It would also be nice to save refrigerants that I commonly use to a favorite list so I don't have to scroll through a long list. Hope the next update brings big improvements. ### 3/5 — Needs some improvement *2015-04-08* It works pretty good overall but does have a few issues I believe it's the app but unsure I have connecting issue sometimes not always. It freezes up sometimes to where I can't clear out the readings from a previous call and have to do a reset to get it working also it would be nice to be able to send the readings as a text and not just an email.
