But I find that the notifications will work for a day or two and then stop. I go in and turn them all off/on again and restart my phone and I might get another day before they stop. You guys at Mantra have quality stuff here, so I know you’re capable of producing more inspiring and colourful themes whilst keeping it “cheese”-free.. Being in such a bad place emotionally, mentally and spiritually for so so long - I am just now just starting coming out of my dark place so I opened this app and have found navigating the app easy and it directed me to exactly what I needed to focus and calm my mind . The user is prompted to select from a choice of themes (healing, growth, career, etc) and timers for affirmation pop ups. Getting that periodic pop up affirmation is always a pleasant moment. Free version seems pretty good - so far no issues with add pop ups. ### 5/5 — Small reminders to build toward happiness in life *2026-07-14, version 5.9.5* Mantra was one of about 6 different apps I downloaded when a friend helped me realize I was letting stress cause me to remain a sustained negative for a while so I knew I needed to change my mentality. This app was one of the simpler and most effective approaches reminding me throughout the day to stop the pattern of negativity and the wasted loops of worst case what ifs and just breath.
