I usually begin my day with journaling and an intention for the day. But as the day goes on, life consumes my intention and at the end of the day, I realize I didn’t honor it in any way at all.

This app has helped me make the best of my days and my intentions by reminding me of my intention when I most need it in the day. The timing is sometimes like magic! 10/10 app.
