## What is Manufacturing Cycle Time?

Cycle Time captures reliable production measurements directly from the shop floor.

Each cycle is recorded with full context, statistical indicators and classification data, generating structured CSV datasets ready for analysis.

Data can be exported and integrated into your existing data platforms, data lakes or databases without direct system integration. This keeps the measurement process independent while ensuring full transparency.

All measurements are preserved, providing complete traceability and enabling audit, validation and historical analysis of production performance.

Once integrated into analytical tools such as Power BI, teams can compare real shop floor performance with ERP master data.

This enables data-driven decisions to update cycle times, improving planning accuracy, costing and capacity models.
