Go to sign in, user name and password accepted but won’t fully sign in. ### 1/5 — Issue with v3.14 *2026-07-25* Just updated to v3.13 on my iPhone 16 ios26.5.2 and the app will not launch ### 1/5 — I’m extremely disappointed with my experience. *2026-07-24* First, I set up automatic bill payments from my Manulife debit account to my credit card well in advance, yet the payment wasn’t processed on time. As a result, I was charged interest and, more importantly, my credit history was negatively affected. While Manulife eventually reimbursed the interest, they can’t restore the damage done to my credit score. That mistake should never have happened. Second, the “updated” credit card rewards program is a huge downgrade. Instead of earning more rewards for using the card, I now earn significantly fewer points. To make matters worse, my points balance is actually showing as negative. Seriously? Who wants to use a credit card where the more you spend, the worse your rewards become? Between unreliable auto-payments and a rewards program that has become far less rewarding, it’s hard to find a reason to continue using their services at all. ### 5/5 — Excellent and User-Friendly Banking App! *2026-07-19* This app is incredibly user-friendly for managing daily finances and savings. The interface is clean and intuitive, making it seamless to check balances, transfer funds, and deposit checks. Best of all, it’s super easy to track promotional interest rates and high-interest savings growth right from my phone.
