I have noticed that the contribution list, which I rely on for accurate information, is not consistently updated. This irregularity has made it challenging for me to stay informed about the latest contributions and their respective funding statuses. As a result, I am finding it necessary to manually check the application on a daily basis to ensure I have the most up-to-date information. Furthermore, in instances where changes are made to the contribution funding, there seems to be a lack of communication with the clients. It is crucial for our clients to be promptly informed when such changes occur, as it impacts their expectations and financial planning. I believe that providing timely advice and notice to our clients is not only a professional responsibility but also essential for maintaining their trust and satisfaction. To address these issues, I kindly request the following: Regular Updates: I would greatly appreciate it if the contribution list could be updated consistently and in a timely manner. Having a reliable and up-to-date list would significantly assist me in managing my workflow efficiently. Client Notification: When changes are made to the contribution funding, I kindly request that appropriate measures be taken to notify the affected clients promptly.
