Mua bh xong 1 cái thì tư vấn viên nghỉ việc luôn, thành hợp đồng mồ côi, không ai chăm sóc. Gọi lên hỏi thì kêu có phân công tvv mới, bắt vào web xem. Tvv mới thì thay đổi liên tục và như là số ảo, không bao giờ có ai phản hồi. Mua bu mà claim quyền lợi tự làm. Cái gì cũng tự hết. Chỉ biết thu tiền là xong. Mua bh đóng vào gần 160 triệu mà hiển thị giá trị chỉ còn 90, cắn tiền còn hơn ăn cướp. Gọi lên tổng đài thì bảo lên app, lên app thì bảo gọi tổng đài, nv 1 lũ đùn đẩy nhau. Cty bh giờ đầy rẫy ra mà làm ăn cái kiểu đấy thì chỉ bán hđ đc 1 lần thôi, k ai muốn mua thêm, trong khi 1 gia đình thường mua vài hđ. Chấm 5 sao ở cái app này chắc là 1 loạt nhân viên đc nhận vào phải lên app đánh giá chứ ai mà cho cái cty này 5 sao thì cũng chịu đấy. 1 sao còn không đáng.
