Unless you are going to open this app daily and stare at what is essentially an app tracking your data, it doesn’t update the data. Without doing so, you’ll end up with blanks in the step data. You go through the process and it denies you email can be real. And when you get over that hurdle to creating a password only when you break their formula do the tell you the rules. Then you have a ping pong game of revalidation when you don’t fit their wonky systems. With no options to contact anyone. How can they tell me that the emails I’ve have don’t look real? They get one star for achieving an app. But I do have many many regrets investing in Manulife! I got this app to keep track of my daily steps as part of my Manulife insurance plan. It’s so discouraging and inconvenient not knowing how many more steps I’ll need on average per day. It’s not the first time I’ve encountered the same problem, but this time the problem is just ongoing and I cannot connect to my tracker.
