When manus deleted everyone's accounts they made the restoration process different for different people. This caused you to get locked out of you didn't restore the correct way for your user type but they didn't actually tell you what account type you had. This requires support to manually delete you account so you can attempt again and wait times are extended because everyone is doing the same thing. Such a mess. Could have been handled better.
