But the issue after restoration, especially the support experience, proves that it is still quite unreliable and only suitable for casual use. My biggest concern is the customer-service process. In the support chat, different representatives repeatedly joined the conversation and asked the same questions that I had already answered. Rather than reviewing the prior chat history or taking ownership of the issue, each new person appeared to restart the process from the beginning. This created unnecessary delays and required me to explain the same restoration problem multiple times. More importantly, the conversations did not lead to a meaningful resolution. I did not receive a clear explanation of what went wrong, a practical recovery plan, or reliable follow-up on the issue. When a service interruption or restoration problem affects someone’s work, support should be coordinated, informed, and accountable—not a repeating cycle of handoffs and duplicated questions. ### 1/5 — The worst platform *2026-08-26, version 26.14.0* Don't trust this platform, they're cheating you. There might be a system failure in the morning, and they won't be able to restore it themselves. ### 1/5 — Restoration is a mess *2026-08-25, version 26.14.0* When manus deleted everyone's accounts they made the restoration process different for different people. This caused you to get locked out of you didn't restore the correct way for your user type but they didn't actually tell you what account type you had. This requires support to manually delete you account so you can attempt again and wait times are extended because everyone is doing the same thing. Such a mess.
