Not sure how to delete previous trails or change colour of trails.
Update for dots for more accurate trail or less for long distance eg on ship or long car travel
This a really good app for walking.

App logs and records your bread crumbs “dots” it works perfectly well on my iPhone.

It works well to give crumbs for a trip but you can’t erase or save a previous trip…at least I can’t get it to do that.

**Developer response:** Map Dots is designed to be the ‘Easiest to Use’ app.  The ‘Trip Reset’ button is like resetting the odometer on your car.  It changes your old dots to small brown dots and your new dots will appear in green.  If you need to save old trips I suggest using the slightly more complex “GPS Travel Journal” app.
