## What is Map Marker?

This app uses Google Maps and other sources in order to allow you to place markers even without internet connection.

• Organise your markers into different folders
• Browse and organize your markers easily from the text-searchable markers list
• Search places from various sources and create a new marker from the result
• Open a marker's location in any other map application already installed

• Display and copy marker GPS coordinates to clipboard with one click

I live on Vancouver Island in British Columbia Canada and have found so many amazing places to explore with many secret locations down some random road or up some barely driveable pathway along the ocean and up the side of a mountain. I am always struggled to find a way to keep track of all of these locations so that I can just click on and get sent to Google maps and I just drive. This app is mind blowing amazing considering that it’s free. Sebastian has put his soul into this app and after reading the above section on how he did it so that people could have access to something like this for free… made me want to support him even more. This is one of my favourite apps and, being a tech guy who has spent the last 20+ years in the IT industry… what he has created was only possible with an extraordinary amount of personal effort. This is one of those apps that I would gladly pay $4.99 or more just to have this convenience. Shout out to Sebastian for creating such an awesome tool.

Big fan of this app. I always use it to mark places of particular interest for me around the world, which comes in handy when I'm travelling and want inspiration.
The app is a nice break from your usual super-corporate apps and has a nice personal touch from it's creator who clearly cares for this as a project.
The app could come in handy for many and I would definitely reccomend it.

I tried more than thirty apps from App Store for storing locations which can be retrieved for later use. Some apps are very appealing with the appearance but some crucial features were missing. Some apps are simply overpriced for no reason. Final came across Map Marker.  The best feature I love the most is its web counterpart. I could edit and finalise all the date, places etc in big screen and I could import to iPhone. Also whenever I visit a friends home or a restaurant, I could save that location in fraction of a second and I could share with friends or family in no time. Some apps dong have a backup option. But with App Marker, I could fake a backup and restore easily. If you are also looking for a map marking or location saving app, definitely give a try. It may look cluttered in the beginning but as you start using it, you will definitely love the app
