Not the case any longer. Calling customer support states you have to upload it to your app. Didn’t have to in the past. Not sure who your developers are but you have ruined the user friendliness of the app. ### 3/5 — App works fine, but *2026-08-17, version 43.31.2026072903* The app works fine and is easy to navigate, but I can no longer check fuel prices for the only local store/station through the app. Plus, our local store regularly raises fuel prices to offset any discounts offered from Mapco. Most of the time we can get a better price on fuel from a nearby Fuel City store. For instance, our local Mapco has 87 octane at $3.49 while Fuel City has 87 octane at $3.38 and is half the distance from us. ### 2/5 — Reward *2026-08-16, version 43.31.2026072903* Received an email on the 15th of August for 5 cents off a gallon and good until the 17th. When on the 16th and only got 3 cents off. Hung up the hose and went somewhere else for fuel. The new updated app is just awful! This map down the road is the only place I get gas which is very often and I just now have made enough points over the last six months to get a damn cookie of all things! Those are the rewards I have gotten and saved up for the last six months with using my rewards a couple of times a week from getting gas. That should tell you right there how horrible of a discount app this. If Mapco was not right down the road from me and gas prices didn’t stay decently low compared to everybody else, I would never go back to a Mapco again. ### 1/5 — Terrible app *2026-07-31, version 43.31.2026072903* Designed to fail. That was one of the best functionalities of the app along with it having the gas stations address. With gas prices rising then MAPCO also takes away redeeming points for 5 cents off, and 10 cents off…you have to build points for months now to get enough to redeem for the .25 or .50 off now. MAPCO is quickly loosing my business…at least at Murphys I can actually check the gas price of a location before visiting. Went from being a very useful app to one that doesn’t show me anything that you need when dealing with refueling a car….no quick view anything, you have to click multiple buttons to find anything, and if you do find the rewards, they are only for food unless you can gather 3000 point before they expire. Average of 30 Points per fill up, means 100 fills before you even get close to 3000 points. I came on up the road and stopped at Exxon gas was cheaper there. I thought to myself I will just start using Exxon. I don’t like the way Ive been treated by MAPCO the past few months. My card got to where it wouldn’t scan the lady told me I needed to call for a new card so I did.A friend of mine and I have had our cards for years, but she types in her phone number. So they were still giving her 10 cents while I got less. I called and complained so they started giving me 10 again., but guess what they started giving my best friend 25 cents.
