What is the purpose of the app? To look at the menu? Why do the stores not use an app that was built specifically for them? Idk who checks the orders to make sure everything is in the bag or bags for delivery person. but I do know it was not checked prior to leaving restaurant. . My order came in an appropriate amount of time but I was missing several items. No gravy for biscuits and gravy entree, no powdered sugar on three waffles, no smashbrowns I ordered and paid for. No icing, I also ordered extra, no extra maple syrup I paid extra,, no whipped cream, also paid for extra. Considering the fees charged for delivery are outrageous, but not to have your order complete is unacceptable. When I called the restaurant, I explained to the lady the situation and only two solutions were given. 1: come to the restaurant yourself to pick up the items missing, 2. Refund for items missing or gift card. The reason we ordered and paid the delivery fees is because we didn’t have a car to go there ourselves. It is a lack of caring about the service your customers receive that makes the difference on who you will order your food from the next time. Uber eats is who picked up the order. I’m unable to contact them to discuss if they forgot a bag or the restaurant was responsible for the missing items.
