If you guys can’t even make a proper Maplestory game then do us all a favor and get off the App Store. The movement controls are so bad to the point you can run and jump at the same time. Which you need to be able to do to progress very early on, so you’re forced to pay at least $0.99 to activate auto run to continue. And this doesn’t even remove ads. Cheap made and less idle than “warrior and dungeon” there are also another maplestory like game forgot the name is also way better! Lost interest less than 30min into game! It takes away all the fun from the game.. which is playing it. I’ve been waiting for this to come out for awhile because a vertical MapleStory sounded awesome. For gaming issues, please feel free to send a private message to CM for assistance via Facebook. ### 3/5 — Horrible movement *2026-04-23* There is a level in particular where you have to JUMP DIAGONALLY AND YOU CANT MANUALLY JUMP IN ANY DIRECTION OTHET THAN UP - the game will sometimes automatically do it but only as it wants - there’s no way to control how you jump and unless your game registers to move correctly you get stuck and can’t do anything- blink skill also only works horizontally and not vertically so there is literally no way to complete this mission unless you are lucky enough to have the game register the movement input for you - they need to add directional jumping that you can control yourself because this is ridiculous 20 minutes worth of playing and you run into a wall you can’t progress past - was this even play tested? **Developer response:** Dear adventurer, thank you for sharing your thoughts with us. I can’t even say words like service or censor or other words that aren’t even bad words. It’s like the censor was designed by people who don’t even know basic English let along how to even implement a proper chat feature. I can deal with swear words being blocked, but when you gatekeep my ability to just have a basic conversation, then we have a problem. A lot of the players on the game are sick of how aggressive the censor is. I’ve been playing this game since release. Only flaw I’d say is the control. It’s a little weird to move around but other than that it’s solid. Mostly great so far, but I must have accidently synthesized my obsidian fragments and now I’m locked from progressing through quests or job enhancements (to break first rage skill) and there’s not an option to buy fragments. Aside from that, enjoying the game and nostalgia. Movements a bit clunky but I’m sure could be improved over time. I evolved my green snail before reaching that quest. I’ve been trying to summon another but no luck. I tried resetting the green snail, I did it, but I didn’t get the other green snail back. My current issue is with the off-road party even causing my game to freeze every time I click on it. The game has become such a grind and not as fun when you are doing your daily quests just to barely get one level up.
