If the driver is in good standings, then game on. Another thing to do in a already busy day. ### 1/5 — Crap App *2019-11-16, version 1.18* Every time I start a new job it tells me username or password is no good, requires creating new username and password. So convenient and productive. Hopefully someone creates a replacement for this lame app. Only use it because I have to.... ### 1/5 — Made up red tape *2019-01-18* This site was made up to create more bureaucracy in the motion picture industry. These made up positions of DOT coordinators are a joke. These people don’t even have a commercial license and yet they are supposed to be specialists. Even better is that they don’t even keep you on file so every job that you do with the few companies that require it you end up having to fill out the same info. Don’t even get me started on the fact that they aren’t union members. Also, per the state and DOT regulation says with in 100 miles radius we are not required to do logs! ### 1/5 — Teamster *2018-11-01, version 1.8* Very hard to sign in and very hard to use DO YOU HEAR ME? Very hard to sign in and very hard to use ### 1/5 — Waste of time *2018-08-20, version 1.6* Every time I open this app someone has gone into my account and changed my information. There is no way to access my account without changing the screen every time of which I then have to enter a new code that goes to my email when I set it to go to my phone. The app is difficult and I would rather do hard copies. I have to answer questions I already answered. I waste time and energy trying to use this poorly designed app, time that I have to fight to get paid for from my employer. Go back to the drawing board or ditch this app. I will be removing myself from this app later today. Can be rough in real-world situations. Needs more refinement. no cell service, no logs. Error messages are not the most helpful, bit cryptic for many users. Older drivers are having a lot of problems with app. I do recommend the app, and look forward to updates. The issues are small and will hopefully be worked out as time goes by. ### 2/5 — Working past midnight nightmares *2022-10-10* Overall the app isn’t bad. It’s easy to do logs on the go but two things are bothersome… 1) time restraints prevent you from completing logging. For example; come mid-day Sunday I go in and want to mark “Off Duty” for the weekend and can’t until after midnight because technically Sunday isn’t over! That should be overwritten when logging off duty. 2) often times production shoots at night and we will continue to work past midnight. So still to this day, I can’t figure out how to complete a shift that carries through to the next day, especially when I clock in later that same day on my next shift. Lastly, those of us in the movie industry weren’t required to log when remaining within 100 miles of production, so why are we even doing these now? ### 2/5 — Need to fix the app *2018-09-19* I try to log in but it says I’m not in the system.
