Uno strumento indispensabile per tutti gli amanti e gli appassionati del vino, i turisti e/o viaggiatori enogastronomici, i sommelier o aspiranti tali. Non dimentichiamoci dei vignaioli, viticoltori, agronomi ed enologi. Insomma, un “Tool” per tutti coloro che vedono nel vino un bene prezioso da valorizzare, conoscere, degustare, divulgare, ma soprattutto bere. L’applicazione contiene tutte le mappe delle DOCG (DOP) e delle DOC (DOP) della REGIONE EMILIA-ROMAGNA geo referenziate con la cartografia dello Smartphone in modo dinamico e interattivo. All’interno di queste vengono evidenziate le sottozone, le aree classico e le specifiche aree di produzione ove presenti. Inoltre per ogni denominazione di origine si controllata che garantita, si trova un database sintetico del disciplinare con tutta la base ampelografica dei vitigni, le tipologie dei vini, la resa e gli affinamenti; la longevità del vino e le fonti della denominazione. Una terza sezione, estremamente utile, prevede la mappatura di oltre 500 cantine tra le più importanti della regione, quasi tutte geo localizzate, per consentire di attivare il sistema di navigazione del “telefonino” e farsi portare direttamente nei pressi della cantina. Uno strumento ideale per l’amante dei turismo enogastronomico.
