It’s really fun and I play with a group of family members which is a little competitive. Also a great and little known story from history of each location. ### 5/5 — Greatest Daily Game *2026-08-19* This game has to be the best game meant to be played for a few minutes every day, even for people who aren’t into geography. The development team also does an outstanding job of delivering subtle but impactful updates. The narratives are honest and informative without being preachy - in fact most have a nice touch of humour while still being able to shine a light on the challenges that the featured countries and peoples have faced. Sometimes I am just about spot on, other times I laugh at how far away I am from the town/city. But best of all are the daily information essays on each place. Love them! I have learned so much geography, I love the short narratives, and it’s a fantastic way connect with of my friends. We often have a back-and-forth about the stories or someplace we have visited – and the game itself takes less than five minutes (like Wordle). In addition, it is nearly impossible to find and locate certain island nations on mobile. Needs a rework ### 1/5 — It’s frozen *2026-03-22, version 2.16* I just got the game and haven’t even gotten a chance to play it. It’s completely frozen. Won’t let me move the globe nor tap anywhere or open the menu. I deleted and redownloaded and still won’t work. ### 1/5 — Frozen *2026-03-22* Love the game but it froze on me. Even redownloading the app didn’t fix the issue. Had to cancel my subscription. Fast and interesting. Very annoyingly, every two or three games it mistakes scrolling for a pin drop with substantial point loss. There should be an easy technological solution to this issue. Unfortunately, the game does not use it. However, this game is the absolute best. I am challenging my brain to think through what I know to answer the questions (vs our instinct now to just quickly search anything up), I’m relearning geography, I’m very competitive so I love comparing the scores with my spouse, the app has so many great additional ways to practice and explore! On top of all that fun, is the best part- fun facts related to each location, I’ve learned about so many people who have changed the world in small and big ways. This game/app is actually the best. No in app purchases, no ads, just the best! I have sent it to my daughter’s teacher and he is using it in class as well. So great! I enjoy the educational aspect, learning about not only where places are but the history behind them. I’m always a little shocked at my lack of knowledge of geography. I love the snarky remarks that you get every time you get a wrong location. My son and I compete every morning and compare our scores - from 2,000 miles apart! It keeps my brain sharp, helps me stay aware of countries - large and small - all around the globe, and is super informative with stories that are breathtaking for their history, background, and subject matter. It my favorite few minutes of the morning.
