Only thing it really lets you do without paying is pin your position. There are great apps out there that are actually much less expensive (and don’t try to tell you they are “free”). **Developer response:** Sorry we can't meet your expectation that everything should be free - apps don't build themselves. The app is a free download that includes a 1:250,000 map of New Zealand. Other maps are in-app purchases. I use it to plan motor cycle rides. You can create waypoints easily at intersections and follow them. You will be located on the map if your device has GPS however this may be delayed. I’ve had it on my iPhone for several years. Great tracking tool, which has helped me several times when being caught by low cloud when hunting thar and chamy.
