De trop nombreux bugs pour une application payante (chère qui plus est).
Les filtres pour trier l’affichage des listes ne fonctionnent pas comme attendus.
Des lenteurs et surchauffes du téléphone lors de l’utilisation (iPhone 16Pro). 
Enregistrement des flashs déjà réalisés fastidieux. 
Il y a pourtant de bonnes idées : le mode chasse, les statistiques, les liens vers les applis de guidage GPS etc. 
Un effort des développeurs est nécessaire pour arriver à une version pleinement fonctionnelle, dans l’attente, je stoppe l’abonnement.

Putting this app behind a subscription based paywall goes completely against the spirit of hunting space invaders. Great way to ruin it for everyone by capitalising on something that was made to be enjoyed for free. Shame.

**Developer response:** Hello, I'm not forcing anyone to download the app (the free version allows you to get additional data and metrics on the flashes you made and your habits), let alone subscribe. Everyone can play however they want!

I was using Mapvaders to track all the flashes that I had so I could find ones that I hadn’t flashed yet. This took a long time to enter since I had to manually entered in 600+ flashes and I also payed for a yearly subscription for premium features til April next year. Unfortunately, since updating the app, I no longer have access to premium features even though I paid for it through next year. And even worse, all my recorded flashes are gone. I wish I had known that the new update would lose all of my history and invalidate my subscription. Really surprising and disappointing.

**Developer response:** Hello AhhSharon,
For your subscription all you have to do is to click on the "restore permissions" button on the bottom left of the subscription page. It will give you all your permissions back. As for your flashes, send us an email at mapvaders@gmail.com we will try to give you a file with the flashes of your online save (if you had any). We expected the update to be a smooth process but some users who didn't back up locally lost some data unfortunately.

Appli parfaite pour suivre ma progression. Elle permet d’enregistrer facilement les SI déjà flashés. L’interface est claire, la carte super pratique et le suivi de la progression est vraiment motivant !

Record your FlashInvaders gallery, then import the video into Mapvaders. OCR reads the codes frame by frame, directly on your phone. The video never leaves your device.

It's in beta: depending on brightness, scroll speed, and worn codes, some flashes may be misread or skipped. A review screen lets you fix things before import.
