I will admit the app is great, but I’m honestly about to switch banks. I don’t know where to write this review but the one short & older lady that works there is always rude. Today I went in & I had quite a few checks, cash, & change to put in & I was standing there for 5 minutes & the entire time she didn’t say one word to Me. I even asked her a question & she just kinda looked up & shrugged. Just because she’s older & has probably been there awhile does not make her a better worker than the other employees that haven’t been there as long. She needs to get out of there or someone needs to knock some sense into her head about being nice to customers. You could argue that maybe she was having a bad day, but she’s like this every time I go in & it ruins my mood.

Updated to iOS 7 and it no longer works.  Tried to contact developer and MSB with no success.

I tried logging in for like two days with my face id and kept saying it was because of the internet and not letting me in my account my internet was fine.

The MSB app has allowed me to continue banking with ‘my hometown bank’ despite moving out of the area almost 5 years ago!  The app combines with a friendly banker’s voice just a phone call away when I need it!  The app has been a 5 star game changer for me!
