They cannot be contacted by phone about this. ### 1/5 — Navigation and pdf report stink *2025-06-20, version 2025.6* Navigating this app and the website is difficult especially if you need to find a PDF version of a report from labs. Finally, when you find it, the report shows NO date of the labs on the report itself. The reporting also stinks because it does not just show a year over a year comparison of my values all on one page with nice comparison columns (please take this idea……. And start doing this) Overall, I feel like it takes too long to find simple things that I would like to see on the app, including the reporting, but clearly the pdf report is my biggest annoyance. ### 1/5 — Poor experience with app *2025-05-15, version 2025.4.6* Sent message and the office didn’t respond ### 1/5 — No longer allows biometric login *2025-04-21, version 2025.4.5* I do not use easy passwords, so when the app logged me out and will no longer allow biometric login, it is quite frustrating. It logs me out now every time I switch to another app. As a result, health statistics no longer upload like they used to. ### 1/5 — Doesn’t always record activity *2025-04-21, version 2025.4.5* The app works sometimes. Managed to log in once and set up FaceID, from that moment forward it never opened again. Uninstalled and reinstalled and still cannot log in because I get a timed out error and it cycles back to the login screen. Continue to use the website & save space on your phone. I received high-quality care, and all the doctors I spoke with were kind, knowledgeable, and made me feel safe and reassured throughout my treatment. I truly appreciate how the medical team consistently followed up on my condition and treatment progress. Thank you all so much for your dedication and compassion.
