Maravo is the operations hub for short-term-rental hosts and property managers. Turn the 11am scramble into a system: every property gets a living checklist, every cleaner and vendor gets a clear job list with photo proof, and you get one screen showing what's done, what's late, and what's coming.

TURNOVERS THAT RUN THEMSELVES
Connect your Airbnb, Booking.com or Vrbo calendar (any iCal feed) and Maravo creates each stay and schedules the turnover clean automatically, in the property's own timezone. Date changes on the platform update the task — no re-typing, no missed checkouts.

PHOTO PROOF, NOT PROMISES
Cleaners and vendors see only their assigned jobs. Each checklist item can require a photo before it counts as done, and you can attach reference photos that show exactly how a room should look. Review the proof from anywhere.

MAINTENANCE BEFORE IT BREAKS
Log repairs and inspections per property, and set recurring maintenance alerts (filters, smoke detectors, HVAC, pool) so preventive work is created on schedule instead of remembered too late.

MONEY, WITHOUT THE SPREADSHEET
