It was a great app and a shame it’s broken me and my son used its tutorials to help us build when wanting something fresh ### 2/5 — App stuck *2026-02-14* For the past few weeks the Al has been working great but now I can’t seem to log in or even go into the guest account because it keeps saying that the user already exists. So can you please fix that problem so that I can get back to building unique marble runs? I downloaded one and can’t figure out where the download went. This app mostly wants you to take pics of your creations to help others. Same when trying to create a login and password. I liked using the app for building the marble genius advanced and expert designs, and while I have built them plenty of times I don’t have them memorized. My son received this set for Christmas and I thought it was very cool that it would comes with a app with instructions and challenges. I was very disappointed to see that there were no instructions for anything… no instructions for any challenges. Just pictures of different marble sets that were already made. But the login works on the Website. What gives? Please update the App so it works. Your toys are so great!
