By the looks of things this has been going on for over 2 weeks with multiple customers commenting. Get your web team on it ASAP !! even the online site says i cant use as i have not registered for online account the only was for me to pay was calling which was inconvenient. This has happened before and rectified itself, but it only ever happened literally once, the next time I went to log in, I could log in done, but this is now been going on for days. It says that my passcode is incorrect and I’ve got five more attempts, but I can log in perfectly fine with that same passcode, that I’ve never changed, on the website! It’s getting quite frustrating now, as a disabled cancer patient when I got to pay my bill, I want to get it paid quickly, not after mess about, as half of the time I’m in hospital using terrible Internet! There’s never anybody available to contact by the chat for customer service- service unavailable it says at the time I’m available. I’m not one to make phone calls, so I don’t really want to ring up about it and I just feel like I’m stuck because I don’t know what to do. I can’t log in. I haven’t changed my passcode. It should work perfectly fine and does on the website, so the app doesn’t make my life easier.
